Our services may include, but are not limited to:

The exact services provided will depend upon the specific Service Agreement executed between Connect Immigration Group and each client.

Nothing contained on this website shall modify or replace the terms of any signed Service Agreement.

3. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree that you will not:

Use our website in any manner that could damage our reputation or interfere with other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at our sole discretion whenever misuse is identified.

Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay the handling of a case, for which Connect Grp LLC shall not be responsible.

Official communications from government agencies remain the responsibility of the client, even if copies are also provided to our office.

7. NO LEGAL ADVICE

Connect GRP LLC is an administrative immigration support company.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with a licensed attorney, Connect Grp LLC does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or legal services.

Nothing contained on this website, in our communications, consultations, emails, text messages, marketing materials, social media content, or any other materials should be interpreted as legal advice.

All information provided by Connect Grp LLC is intended solely for general informational and administrative purposes.

Whenever legal advice or legal representation is required, clients are encouraged to consult a licensed immigration attorney.

If a client's matter includes attorney representation, all legal services are provided solely by the licensed attorney responsible for the representation under the applicable attorney-client relationship.

8. ATTORNEY COORDINATION

Certain immigration matters may require or involve the participation of a licensed immigration attorney.

When applicable, Connect Grp LLC may assist with administrative coordination between the client and the attorney, including but not limited to:

10. PAYMENT OF GOVERNMENT FEES

Government filing fees may be paid directly by the client to the appropriate government agency.

If authorized by the client, Connect Grp LLC may assist in submitting government forms, supporting documentation, and government filing fee payments as part of the administrative filing process.

Any government filing fee submitted through our office is transmitted solely on behalf of the client for submission to the applicable government agency.

Connect Grp LLC does not establish, retain, or profit from government filing fees.

Government filing fees are separate from our professional service fees and are not considered compensation to Connect Immigration Group.

11. USCIS PREMIUM PROCESSING

References on this website to "Premium Processing" refer exclusively to the official USCIS Premium Processing Service.

Premium Processing is an optional government service available only for certain eligible immigration petitions as determined by USCIS.

The Premium Processing fee is established, collected, and controlled exclusively by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Connect Grp LLC does not establish, modify, collect for its own benefit, or retain Premium Processing government fees.

Our Company may inform eligible clients that Premium Processing is available and may assist with preparing and submitting the appropriate request as part of our administrative services.

All adjudication decisions, processing times, and immigration benefits remain solely within the discretion of USCIS and any other applicable government agency.

12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

Failure to provide complete or timely information may delay, negatively affect, or prevent completion of the requested services.

Connect Grp LLC shall not be responsible for delays, denials, requests for evidence, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or untimely information provided by the client.

13. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Immigration benefits are granted solely by the appropriate governmental authorities.

Connect Grp LLC cannot and does not guarantee:

Each immigration matter is unique and is evaluated independently by the appropriate government agency based upon applicable laws, regulations, agency policies, and the specific facts of each individual case.

Past case results, testimonials, success stories, or prior approvals do not guarantee similar future outcomes.
